I have always been in love with fashion.

I started with designing and making dresses for my dolls.

My first gown I made at the age of 13 and naturally it led to the studies at the College of Arts in Riga, where I've learnt design, painting, drawing as well as different skills such as sewing, pattern cutting, embroidery and crafts - knitting, crocheting and lace making.

I have experience of over 30 years in Fashion industry - designing, dressmaking and pattern cutting and over the last 20 years I have specialized in bridal wear.

I worked for the British Wedding designer David Fielden as Sample machinist and for Bridal shop Chiffons, fashion studios My Eden and Gently Inspired as Senior Sample machinist,  also as Senior Sample machinist and Couturier for Ralph & Russo and Eponine London
